Community Philanthropy We are planning in 2009 to partner with select non-profit organizations in order to help raise funds for important causes. The Home Co. Realtors will be participating in local charity auctions by donating our services. The highest bidder "wins" our listing services. We will list and sell the winner's home and waive our firm's customary 3% commission. In return for the winning bidder's generous donation to the nonprofit organization, The Home Co. will provide the same exceptional full-service experience provided to sellers paying full commission.* True to our philosophy, this is a win-win practice. Both the seller and our firm get to support a cause in which we both believe, while achieving the seller's real estate goals. We will be participating in auctions that support education, children, animal rescue, and those with special needs.
